Gulf Coast Ammonia plant slated for Houston area secures tax incentives

The project is jointly owned by Starwood Energy Group Global LLC and Mabanaft GmbH & Co. KG. More than half of the incentives come from Texas City ISD under Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code.
