And the missing preferred shares are a bitch. I've been saying it for years. I guess the missing preferred shares are the other "acts" (plural) from previous management Sharp was talking about.

$GVSI has finally received comments from FINRA who is concerned with acts by previous management, particularly, missing financials from that period. Management continues to cooperate with FINRA at its own expense in order to achieve the name & symbol changes.

During the SEC review it was discovered that the designation of a class of pref shares issued by $GVSI's previous management is missing. On the SEC's advice, management has decided to withdraw the Form 10 and refile in December so that corrections can be made with the Nevada SOS.

The SEC is aware of it, the preferred shares are still missing and the Form 10 has never been refiled, corrections about the preferred shares were never made and the Form 10 can't be filed because of the missing preferred shares.

I said for years that GVSI is delinquent and even Sharp had to admit it in one of his latest X posts about GVSI.

GVSI is a disaster!
