Why the PHUCK are they wasting time, money, and resources fighting Pyros?

There are LITERALLY 13 other manufacturers making the SAME product.

It's a FREAKING generic product with a small-medium market size.

What the PHUCK is their thought process behind this?

Of course they waited until the last minute. Why would they submit it any day earlier? It doesn’t work to Upsher’s advantage. Drag this baby out as long as possible is the goal.
