From the January 9th letter to shareholders: "Strategic Capital Raises: We plan to undertake strategic capital raising initiatives that will support our growth ambitions while simultaneously safeguarding shareholder value."
Now if they were to dilute after this statement they would clearly loose all trust and support from its shareholders......
