Let’s be clear amateur, unless you are a broker/dealer one can’t afford to short pennyland in the US despite all the BS hype. Don’t confuse technical shorting with short selling in pennyland by day traders who are merely flipping shares they own to get a 2-5% gain

So are all short sellers in penny land all broker/dealers...? That's the logical conclusion to your statement.
