I don't know what's new about this.It was announced last fall,that they were merging.Need a share count and news about litigation.Where and how do we get our ERL shares,from the dividend?Still many questions to be answered.Friday's luncheon and not the shareholders meeting,could shed some light.The annual shareholders meeting has been bumped till March.Talk about dragging this out!
