Was it unethical to cut off supply to NLST if you knew it would cripple their business? Well if im forced to answer the question..THEN THE ANSWER IS YES!

What the heck is left to say? all this legal BS with Yoder is just a joke...especially since its been remanded...

I'm really hoping that the sealed document from Folsom is worthy..and all this delaying is also something that is in NLST favor....Seeing Google settle is very encouraging...especially since we have Micron in a figure four leg lock!
