I could see that if the stock was actually trading, but it currently isn’t. Why pay anyone to post on an EM ticker?

My wishful thinking is a short position that hasn’t been covered maybe? Or it could just be a gamble from foreign accounts buying trip zero shares from folks enticed to give up.
