Unlikely. I dunno why some were pumping this. Unrestricted is now over a billion and there's probably still an almost unlimited amount of converted shares waiting to dump. There's nothing in even in this ticker. It exists solely to pay off all the bad debts. They will reverse split as many times as needed without a care in the world.
