No… What I’m saying is you dont know how to read the information.

Companies change names, ownership and ventures throughout their lifetime.
Virexit is the latest to have taken over this company sometime in 2021.
Prior to Virexit it was Poverty Dignified, they sold Sun Overs and wanted a power grid in Affrica.

The “company” was incorporated in 2013 but that company was not Virexit, the ticker was not VXIT and James Katzaroff was not the CEO.

Simple, Easy… FACTS.
Now you know.
