Amazon gets the warrants for free but the exercise price is almost $23 per share. So why would the exercise the warrant unless the stock is above that price ?

And since it is a perpetual warrant ( ? ) Why ever exercise it unless the stock ever pays a dividend or you want the capital gain between the warrant price and a higher stock price.

It is like a perpetual stock option
