Nice contradiction.

All dilutions are done through private placements including debt conversions, for which the investor must hold for more than 12 months. Shares do not come out from nowhere. Besides private placement some new shares can be issued to employees/consultants as payments.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
