Correct that Rainmaker Ontario owns 100 percent of Miranda. However every dollar of economic value Rainmaker Ontario generates from Miranda, RAKR Worldwide recognizes 40%



Rainmaker Ontario was spun out off Rainmaker WW through Viva Industries as their financial partner.

Rainmaker Ontario (=Viva) owns Miranda, and Rainmaker WW has 40% stake in that ownership.
