Yes, that is correct on the note not the bear.

However, it is an announcement that will chew those shares up rather quickly. Remember, shares just can't be dumped, it follows certain SEC requirements, % dictates volume = convert. So far, we haven't had the volume, so it becomes extremely difficult to move those shares into the market. I believe that the announced name/symbol change will disseminate those shares into the retail market. But it has to come with news, or we will sit here for 10 years. lol

With the right timing and news, those shares will move rather quickly, and the note holder knows this as well as the company and why before anything else news will dictate the convert resolve.
