Correct that Rainmaker Ontario owns 100 percent of Miranda. However every dollar of economic value Rainmaker Ontario generates from Miranda, RAKR Worldwide recognizes 40%.
Why else would Rainmaker Worldwide do a press release? Of course they are benefiting from the purchase. They gave Rainmaker Ontario 40 million shares to aid in the purchase of Miranda. That's how they own 40 percent of the Ontario company!
