Dr. Hu's presentation was more than interesting and you must have some kind of banking knowledge to even come close to comprehending the financial strategy he is using to not only, pay for these schools but to upgrade their facilities and provide for expansion...The whole plan appeared from my point of view, to be absolutely a creative stroke of genius...(I have no real knowledge of the technical details of the plan he is using but I could understand how it works to a degree)...

Diesen Absatz aus Tins Bericht verstehe ich so, daß das Finanzierungsmodell zumindest angerissen wurde.
