For those new to this ticker. See that number for the float dated August 2022? That is incorrect and those reading it would logically come to the conclusion that few shares have been issued in the past year. The OTC profile, which the company is responsible for, was verified November 2023. I do not give this company the benefit of teh doubt on anything because of their history.

...Finally updated the OTC outstanding share count and we find an additional 300,124,013 shares added. 🤑 We also see that the restricted increased by 153,350,000 so what was added for current trading was about 146,774,013....

That number for the float is still incorrect. The outstanding share count for August 2022 was less than 300 million so that number listed for 1,100,573,435 suggests that little has been added in the past year.
