Do institutional Investors have a requirement for a stock as SONX to stay listed on the NYSE and if they are not on the NYSE the Institutions are obligated to sell all or some their holdings I

What would cause that S/P to swan dive right at day's end. I mean besides the 339,000 shares anomaly that was totally counter balanced. My only theory is daytraders doing a lemming interpretation for the weekend... 🤔
