Certainly.. if he goes to jail, or if he "looses" the value on his stock... he certainly will be a huge loser.. But frankly.. CEO's in pennys have a way of making Millions without the stock going up... the CEO of ADZR and others are still making hundreds of thousands a year in salariers and other compensation.. while OUTSIDE investors lost 90 or more % of their money... Another stock NCTI.. CEO makes around $700K.. yet... the stock has turned to PINK due to lack of financials.. Tomorrow the "Board".. could grant Jim an incentive of 1B shares for getting the stock back to the Pinks and another Billion shares for To get it to the OTCBB.. The company starts really making money.. but now our shares are worth what 1/4 or less of what they could have been.. I have seen this happen in different penny stocks, one in which over the years insiders are ending up with over 90% of the stock at low prices while the company is silent on progress... All legal..seemingly.. So... Jim Needs to show... is in the Lack of dilution and an increase in share price..!!! Ever hear of Death Spiral financing.. ah.. enough..


Don't want to debate this.. I know JIM would be much better off if he makes the stock move....Much better IMO.... but if he doesn't and keeps it running CEO's(not saying he would) can milk a company DRY and become Quite wealthy doing it....

I am Betting on this NOT happening here... Over $50k in and more to follow most likely.. Been buying(recently) at .011, not even tried yet to get the REAL CHEAP shares. Time is running out for Jim to perform.. as MANY here believe he is going to..

Time for Jim... to "show us the money".. Back to the pinks... AF's and New contracts... and "frugal" use of the Cash coming in.. Cash Flow is what makes a company..!!!!
