Don't know anything about this new crew...haven't looked. But there are folks posting here whose DD is reliable and they aren't impressed. >>

As you know, a new and fresh "play" helps OTC gamblers make bank, no matter how scammy. But this ticker is old, stale, lots of historical bad baggage. After a while, market players get bored and be like "Just another change in a long line of changes in company control by a group of nobody's ...yawn Zzzzzzzz."
