On 1/8/2024 we put out an Alert with the following items we are working on. Below is a Q&A format addressing these open items.
Question: EU Jurisdiction License?
Answer: We have just been granted our BSA ID from FINCEN. This is step one in our regulatory roadmap for NSAV. Here is what we received from FINCEN "Received acknowledgement for BSA Tracking Number MRX24-00001210. This RMSBX has been assigned BSA ID: 31000262776231 Filing Name: NSAV"
We are working with a Lithuania law firm to finish the acquisition of a company with an existing Lithuania license, which will cover all regions in the EU. This process will take at least 4 weeks to completed.
We have also started the registration of NSAVx ltd, a Singapore company. This company will be regulated under the Payment Services Act 2019 and this will allow us to operate in the majority of regions in the Pacific Rim. This process with lake 6-9 weeks to complete.
Questions: NSAVx, SWOP, CHIF and GBUX listing on NSAVx?
Answer: The NSAVx token has been approved for trading on the NSAVx exchange. The cause for the delay has been the decimals used in the smart contract. NSAVx was minted with 9 decimals, while most projects are 18. We are adjusting the cryptology calculation on the exchange to properly price and track 9 decimals. For those of you that are asking why we chose to use 9 decimals instead of 18, this was done because we wanted to limit the sub decimals projects and give us greater flexibility for larger cap applications. Once the 9 decimal matter is resolved on the exchange, we will immediately list NSAVx, SWOP, CHIF and GBUX. The listing will happen the following Sunday after the 9 decimal matter is completed. NSAx will be listing on Dex-Trade on the same date as the NSAVx exchange.
Question: What is happening with the Vik judgement?
Answer: Please remember, the goal here is the preservation of shareholder value first and foremost. AWC has been working with Vik by assisting him with rolling out blockchain technology for his two companies. AWC is doing this in an effort to mitigate the collection efforts on the judgement.
Question: CHIF onboarding restaurants.
Answer: We have started onboarding restaurants in the Pacific Rim and we are updating the new site with a formal launch the first week of February.
Because we are working with both tech and several regulatory bodies, all dates provided are estimates and should not be considered FIRM dates until the final dates or publicly announced.

With regard to the new listings, once the 9 decimal issue is resolved, we will be listing the 7 new token projects on the NSAVx exchange.
Finally, we are aggressively working with trading bot firms to have them join our projects so we can have them added to our Uniswap LP launches. We know everyone is excited to see this happen so we will keep you posted as to our progress.

Chif can operate anywhere without a license as its a platform. This is for NSAV and the exchange to be able to operate as a money transmitter in the Pacific Rim.
