when talking about whether to convert the preferreds and when it is worth doing, are we not creating a market for these.

would it be possible if sandy were to somehow make these tradable now, so that the people interested in converting these could buy them from others before the conversion date??

makes good sense to me, but i don't know.

i'm sure there will be people wanting to get their hands on these cheapies if the pps goes sky high right?
