we probably won't even have the cross appeal clarification by then, biscuit..................and any negotiated settlement will have to be presented to the court, assuming the basic suit, is continued.....6-9 months for the court to review and affirm, imo............not to JAW-RAM you biscuit, but sonterra is months and months and probably a year or two away from anything...................which would equal BIG BUCKS......................

fdic could drop the cause, which would happen in a few months..............= $0 on LIBOR.............happy now, bisk................????...............

neither side is in a rush, bisk...........matter of fact, both sides and some of the senior, knowledgeable i-HUB yappers would like ride this pony for another year...or so..........
