Let me guess over the fact it says they acquired BioAmber in 2019. They acquired all of the assets including all of the tangible and intangible assets, trademarks trade name the only items they didn’t want was a dead corp (now voided), the worthless shares, AR, inventory, cash, the contracts and some office furniture in the US. Nobody else wanted any of that either. So with them having bought 99% of BioAmber I would think LCY can say they acquired BioAmber.
