In my Opinion all I am saying is if FINRA Approved the name & ticker change we would have stayed as Alt Reporting and a Merger would have been completed by the first quarter of 2024.

Seems like the timeline has been pushed way out now.

Please guide me as to realistic timelines for the SEC/FINRA/Merger Process.
