From doing a lil 10Q (dd)..😎 In 2020 (GRCU) acquired a majority interest in Clearly California active in the Cannabis Industry and the (Ceo) is trying to reorganize his company he also owns 50M shares of common stock. I will adding (GRCU) to my positions very soon. From looking at the (ss). I feel the (Ceo) could possible increase the a/s. Which is ok buy me as long as he keeps it reasonable. Looks like he is try to restructure or reorganize the company ..jmo...GLTA. (GRCU)
