BirdsofFire...

While I agree with most of your post two items I think should be clarified,

First Jim Plant should be held responsible for the condition of the company ... Good or Bad.. While he be hard at work, IMHO... the buck stops with him on this SEC fiasco. Rumor is that the information request was somehow misplaced, or at least not given priority.. ?? I don't have to be a CEO to know that ANY Gov't body asking for data MUST get it, especially if they have powers like the SEC has.
On the flip side... ONCE we come out of this... hopefully... and IF Jim has grown the company and Cash Flow during this time... then... that is TO HIS CREDIT... Jim just can't be praised for good work.. and overlooked for failures.. He is IT both ways.. And as stated you don't have to be a CEO to understand SOUND business Practices.

Second... IT is OUR Company(including Jim PLANT).. Any company that goes public is NOT the CEO's company, in fact no one (that I have seen) ever commented on the end of the SHAREHOLDERS update Jim's thank you for the investing in HIS company... POOR choice of words..

Having said that...hearing what people(some I think who are fairly honest) And seeing the advertising, Emall, and other items.. I plan to put even more money in to the stock tomorrow unless it TAKES off.. But... GOOD OR BAD... no free ride for Jim...

Good luck.. on this... we could use it.... "for now".. soon... maybe the business plan will take over from luck... LOL..

now invest..
