Again:

You don't seem to be aware of this, but Calasse filed the appeal 5/25 (according to the docket online). He wasn't waiting on anything and Sharp knew that he had appealed the decision when he made the promised land post.

You said:

I think Calasse was waiting for the right time to file the lawsuit. I "think" Callasse sold at the top .45 and filed the lawsuit to crash the stock then buy the bottom. He will lose the case and he knows this stock will rocket back up to previous highs. He turned down the $10M because he knows himself, family and friends can load up cheapies and make alot of money when the stock returns to all time highs. It makes no sense to turn down GS $10M offer without having a better plan at stake. IMO. If he can invest $100k at .01 and get 10M shares, he makes $10M when this hits $1. If this hits $2, now he has $20M. and so on. He has a plan and we all know it.

Clearly you're making a lot of assumptions and speculation here, which is probably as inaccurate as saying that Calasse waited to filed the lawsuit.

For clarity, Sharp claimed that he offered 10M shares, not $10M. There is no way of knowing what those 10M shares would be worth when unrestricted.

And the price predictions of $1 or $2 are just silly at this point. But who knows, maybe Sharp has a 500M-1B company lined up.

If so, why wouldn't he settle quickly? It would be insane not to negotiate a settlement if he had that kind of company lined up. ESPECIALLY if he risked losing them.

The truth is never popular.
