Why would a successful company like Mecru develop a video for $AABB if they had not qualified them as a customer?

Why would a successful company like Mecru give CT a personal tour of the manufacturing facility if he was not a qualified CEO representing $AABB?

How did the equipment get to Mexico if the equipment hadn't been paid for? Who paid to ship it there? Neither one of these are done in good faith.

Would all of this time and money be spent if they didn't have the material to run through the plant to recoup their investment?
