When you hire a contractor they will not place any equipment or labor on site without a contract in place or at minimum a Letter of Intent. That contractor is incurring equipment cost, fuel, labor, insurance and overhead that needs to be paid for.
Someone has paid for the construction equipment out there and labor to perform the site work. Someone has paid for all that CMU block to be delivered and installed. Someone paid for the concrete and steel. Lets not forget someone had to be paid to design and survey all of this as well.
We are tied into the local electrical grid which means we are working with the local jurisdiction for this. How can you do this if its not a legit project?
Lots of details to take a project of this scope from an idea to reality. Us longs are fortunate enough to have watched this journey with our own eyes.
