Threw CISS on ticker this morning - an offering but seems oversold. Maybe more details in the NR. Im not in anyway -67% to .126 down .25 on 35 Million served

looks like offering was at .24 or .25

no idea on share structure before or after offering and tool lazy and too cold to think about it. stupid dog needed a walk because my wife is going out for dinner with friends ( she says).

edit read news - they bought a tanker. I find it ironic that most shipping tanker stocks were indeed "TANKERS":
