The court battle is really what took the longest time, every time it was on the docket it would be delayed, it was demoralizing! To the extent I just chalked up the $14k as a loss and moved on, 5 years later I see that they finally had a judge rule in our favor. DBMM was delinquent in their filings so it was really a justified reason to label it C/E, but I finally caught a break. I don't quite remember the reasoning TXTM was halted from normal trading, delinquent filings as well?
