By definition a so called stock basher would continually spread false and misleading information about a company to get the price to drop. Pointing out the official record isn’t bashing it just knowing better than to believe the lies of good things coming.

So how are we bashers when

1. We are telling the truth backed by facts from the official court case, monitors reports and SEC filings

2. There is no stock price to drop since the shares are worthless due to the liquidations outcome and will stay that way forever

On the other hand you have the liars who come here day after day to say good things are coming, to make up complete nonsense that there is even a remote possibility that BioAmber is still alive.
Tell a flat lie that a deal could be hidden in a CA or NDA, tell a flat lie that there could be an open short position and the list goes on and on.
