It’s not worth the argument because there isn’t one.
FKA BioAmber is gone and dead 4 going in 5 years since FINRA ended trading forever. In all actuality it is gone and dead since the liquidation was approved back in 2018 5 plus years ago.
2 judges approved the liquidation to LCYB for a total of $4.34 mil, all of the employees were let go, the BOD resigned and the company closed its doors leaving only the monitor to wrap up the liquidation.
There is no argument that changes that or the fact that the shares of FKA BioAmber are worthless forever with ZERO chance of ever recovering any type of monetary payment. No cash, no shares in some fantasy newco, no secret second transaction hidden in an NDA or CA.
You head on over to whatever lawyer you want he’ll go to the presiding judge and say
Please tell these paid bashers of FKA BioAmber to leave us alone. Tell him all of the wild nonsense theories. Tell him you just want to lie to each other and say good things are coming from the secret deal!! When the judge stops looking at you like you have 3 heads report back with what he says. It should be comedy gold!!
