There are no CA’s or NDA’s hiding a secret second transaction or any form of material event. There never was a second transaction. NDA’s and CA’s will never hide material information from the stockholders and they never have. Any material information such as that would be out in an 8k within 4 days.
Seriously they will never sell the shares of a company without telling the owners of the shares lol.
I am 100% positive you lost your investment in FKA BioAmber and your shares will be worthless forever. I am 100% positive you cannot and will not ever receive any form of monetary compensation for those worthless shares either.
