I have to agree on the impact of the trial, I'm from the EU and I've got to admit that I underestimated the effects of a US jury trial in such a complex case.

Well, my investment in INSM won't kill me anyway and I've learnt a lot the past year, so I'm in and stay for the most part (sold off 10% with 15% profit last week at 1.48).
