Look who's talking about deflecting...that's too funny since its all you do every time i expose your phony narrative. The April 2023 8k stated in plain english that the sale was EXECUTED, that's not inaccurate because i literally cited the doc where it came from. The later 10q then updated the status of that agreement as expired but do you know the current status of the sale, and if yes why then keep asking the same dumb questions about the property?????? That still doesn't negate the fact AL has already APPROVED the Bond resolution and as such all sunpac needs to do is officially close on the property. Based on logic this is likely in the works or close to being done based on the recent site visit by Scsolar and Autowell to Elba rd, or maybe, according to your ""logic"" they just went there for giggles. Real rich being lectured to by a zero share bozo who didn't even know fully diluted OS shares only become effective when said shares converted based on the conversion agreement. #wallsheet #clownshow
