If they DID....and it was truly workable, someone would've bought it. Valuable things, especially uber valuable things don't just sit unable to sell. I know... I know.... Every single provider is a thief who stole the tech from vplm and they all figure that it's cheaper for them to go thru all the litigation and have to pay humongous damages than to just settle or buy or license. Yeah, THAT'S the ticket! Oh brother...
