As a last resort, just hoping this company is very successful someday and can be found liable for misleading investors. The PRs and final conference call gave us every indication the CEO intended to stay current with filings and take care of shareholders, but the filings were "out of his hands with the accountants". Still, he couldn't even file a simple late notice and here we are months later with no filings, no updates, nothing

And surprisingly in my opinion, he's still active on Twitter and Instagram pumping the business as if nothing happened
