People can gamble on plug right now and buy some stock in the company hoping this is the capitulation and it won’t drop any further…but understand, it is a gamble…it really isn’t “investing”… there is nothing compelling about buying plug stock right now…the money from dilution will help keep plug afloat…it won’t and isn’t meant to solve or fix any existing problems…it certainly won’t fix the economy…

And keep in mind, this is only the ANTICIPATION of dilution…there is still the ACTUAL dilution to come…and that ain’t going to take long…
