With the linen napkins, great atmosphere and a fine menu, they will be able to attract an upscale clientele, IMO. This is far from a typical craft beer taproom.
By August 15th, when we see 4- 6 weeks of sales from the taproom during the start summer tourist season (mid-May through the end of June), we will have a good idea of how strong the revenues could be for this part of the business. If they're raking in the dough at one location, that would create a lot of incentive to get the next location(s) open in short order.
