OR Holding entered in LOI to acquire a strategic IT Hosting Company.
OR Holding Inc. announced today that it entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire all the assets of a Southern California Information Technology Corporation. (SCITC)

“This is an important step in the implementation of our strategic growth plan” said Mr. Oriel Rechtman – president and CEO of OR Holding Inc. “The target company provide synergistic services to a similar type of client base but in a different territory which will present OR Holding and its subsidiary 4Service Cloud Computing great immediate expansion opportunity in a market we had no foot print in yet”

“In Addition – the target company and its engineering staff will provide 4Service Cloud Computing with skill set that should greatly increase revenues from IT projects provided to the joint client base” added Mr. Rechtman.

During the LOI Phase OR Holding’s management team will perform due diligence on the target company and draft the final agreement to consummate the transaction scheduled for early 1st Quarter 2014.
