I wonder who all would get a cut of the $18 million vig.

A good question. But it IS a ridiculous loan. Certainly not in the company's best interest. Will it be cancelled and replaced with something? Did Michery only enter into it in the hope his shareholders would get excited about it being "non-convertible"?
