Trump left Iowa with ‘profound weaknesses’ — and they aren’t going away

Paraphrase Chris Hayes: The most passionate Iowa voters yet almost half came out to support someone else. He only got about 4500 more than Cruz got eight years ago. Doesn't fit with the narrative that Republicans are crazy for Trump across the board. Less than 2% contributed. There were more at a recent Hawkeye home game than voted for Trump. And the crunch -- some 31% of those most passionate GOP voters said they would not vote for Trump if he is convicted of a crime. Big difference between being indicted and being convicted by a jury.

Plus, this is most surprising to me, myself, not Chris, he says according to the Biden campaign nearly three-quarters of undecided voters do not believe Trump will be the GOP candidate.
