In order: Reid, Stram and Marty
Reid is a top 5 coach ever imo.
Stram was innovative. He also knew that he had the best D and kicker in the league(He sometimes leaned on them too much. LOL). His downfall was relying on the veterans and not infusing young talent though we were god awful in the draft for an 8-10 year period
Marty could make you respectable instantly. No matter what you had he could get at least 8-9 wins out of them. Our 90s Chiefs' teams were not overly talented.
If I had to start a team, he is who I would pick. You would eventually have to replace him as he was not a good big game coach so he would only take you so far. Having said that, you will never hear me bad mouth Marty
