Steve - Correct !

PLUG only has a few weeks of free cash left, and then it gets really ugly.
If DOE is slow or worse, PLUG will be looking at Toxic Finance Options or selling assets to raise cash. At this point, if/when Georgia is fully operational doesn't really matter, PLUG needs more money than GA and TN can generate.

Now we know why Short Interest has been growing .

Yesterday may have been your last chance to buy PLUG above $3.00.

A SECONDARY at $2.50 or LESS is a near-term possibility.

Does it happen before the Annual Update ? Or is it announced as part of the Update.

The 8:30 am timing would fit the Day Of the Update scenario.
