I've been very happy with E-trade. I dumped TDA after they absorbed Scottrade.,
E-trade's L2 sucks for otc, but straight forward platform.

And they have their own MM like Scottrade had.,
You can buy and sell Pink Limited.

Money transfers in and out are instant.

Who else is out there? Fidelity?
