Benny, When Michael Sheikh ......oh you forgot......my bad. The guy hired by the company as IR, specifically stated that Clive has sold all his shares as the terms of the note do not allow Whitecastle to be a 5% shareholder. Sheikh can be subpoenaed .....a fake asian guy using a made up alias "borrowing" Rocky Akoi likeness for user ID.............not so much. So remind me again..........fraud says what?
