Apparently you do have to explain it. Who cares the location, how is an investor going to use this information. The company doesn’t have a site, or at least no 8-K filed. Could be they are looking at sites. Again, who cares where? Why waste time trying to figure it out. Investors will know once they close on a site, likely financing too, and they 8-k it.
