1. if I was representing the FDIC, I would be nasty and fight through a jury verdict and not settle for anything...............
2. if I was representing UBS and others, I would advise them to cave in to whatever the FDIC wants......admit to the Antitrust, and give those defensive 'clarifications' and pay the $2-billies or even $5-billies......and move forward with a very amicable relationship with the FDIC.....THIS WILL PAY BACK MANY TIMES OVER IN THE FUTURE AND ANY PAYOUT is an expense which means it is off-set for the 40% expense factor........Sergio, if you don't close down this monster mess, you are a total fool....aimho...
